Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zeyti Studio, the internal content tool of zeyti.ro, handles data obtained through TikTok. The data controller is VALVERO GROUP S.R.L., CUI 52741856, Romania (“zeyti”, “we”). For data collected from customers of the online store, see the zeyti.ro privacy policy.

Who uses Zeyti Studio

Zeyti Studio is used only by authorized zeyti staff, to manage the zeyti brand's own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.

Data we access from TikTok

Only after the account owner signs in with TikTok and grants permission, we access:

Basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar), to confirm which account is connected.
Video publishing, to upload and post the videos our team chooses to publish on that account.
The account's video list and public statistics (views, likes, comments, shares), to measure the performance of our own content.

We do not access data about other TikTok users, private messages or followers' personal information.

How we use and store it

The data is used only to publish the brand's videos and to report on their performance internally.
Access tokens and statistics are stored on zeyti's internal systems, with access limited to authorized staff.
We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

We keep the data while the account remains connected. The account owner can revoke access at any time from the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions). After access is revoked, or on request to contact@zeyti.ro, we delete the stored tokens and statistics within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). Write to contact@zeyti.ro.
